Your labour quote
The online quote is the labour charge for the described repair visit and is based on the appliance, brand, installation type and service postcode supplied. It remains valid until the expiry shown. Incorrect or materially incomplete details may require a revised quote before a visit is confirmed.
Parts and additional work
Replacement parts and work outside the described repair are not included. If a part or additional work is required, the price and reason will be explained. Nothing additional will be supplied without approval.
Request and confirmation
Submitting the form requests a repair visit; it does not itself create a confirmed appointment. The team will verify the appliance, address, access and availability. Any preferred date or time is a preference until expressly confirmed.
Changes and cancellation
Contact the team as soon as possible if plans change. Any cancellation charge, minimum notice period or other appointment-specific condition must be disclosed when the visit is confirmed. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights where they apply.
Access and safety
You must provide accurate information and safe, reasonable access to the appliance, utilities and work area. Do not move a built-in appliance or attempt unsafe isolation. The visit may be paused or rearranged if access is unsafe, required qualifications were not disclosed, or the appliance differs materially from the booking information.
Repair cover
Any guarantee or repair cover that applies will be provided in writing with its duration, covered fault or part, exclusions and claim process. Cover normally does not extend to unrelated faults, misuse, external damage, unauthorised work or consumable maintenance unless the written terms say otherwise. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Liability
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Customers should protect food and other vulnerable property when an appliance fails and follow safety advice while awaiting attendance.
Complaints
Please report a concern promptly with the quote or request reference, appliance and address. The team will acknowledge it, investigate the service record and explain the proposed resolution.
